Design Challenge at Home with Alice Murphy5th Grade Teacher at Mack Boulder
Could you open your junk drawer and build a robot using 10 items or less? What’s the most interesting thing you could create with two pool noodles and 12 inches of duct tape? Do you think you could build a house using nothing but two sheets of paper, two band-aids, two paper clips, and two sticks of gum? Test your creativity and design-thinking skills as you compete in a series of design challenges using unexpected household items. We will also design and prototype our own new and improved versions of household items. Families will be sent a supply list prior to camp that will not exceed $50.
